Fully trained Professional Event Catering staff with high standards of service & reliability.
Below are prices of our Service Staff in relation to our Menus. Charges per person are worked out on duration of event of 5 hours staff time. 1 - 2 hours before function for setting up and 3 - 4 hours for the event. If staff are required for longer than this period, service staff are charged @ £13.50 per hour each. & Chefs @ £17.50 per hour.
For menus that include staff, they are costed at being within 8 - 10 mile radius of Pinner Outside of this area extra charges my apply.
Bar Staff are not included in prices below.

After midnight and on Public Bank Holidays the rate per member of service staff is @ £25 per hour & Chefs £35.00 per hour. All Staff charges are subject to V.A.T @ 17.5% The client must adhere to our Terms & Conditions.

Hire of Crockery, Cutlery and Glasses is arranged by Food for Thought.

Hire ranges from £5 - £10 pp
Please add £1.50 per person if event is in central London
Disposable Plates & knives and forks are available, please ask for details.

All Hire is subject to V.A.T @ 17.5%
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of 25% on hire and take credit card details for any breakages that may occur and will charge your card with the relevant replacement cost of broken or missing items.
Any necessary or additional specialist Kitchen equipment will be arranged by us, so we may fulfil our catering contract at the venue, at an additional cost. Dependant on a site visit before function.
Any item that is provided or on hire for the function, that is lost or broken by the client or their guests will be charged for at the full replacement cost.
Food for Thought will be responsible for the replacement cost of any items broken by our staff and we will notify you of this at the end of the function.
We will invoice you directly and any correspondence in reducing or changing hire quotes must be made to us no later than 7 days before function date.
The client must adhere to our Terms & Conditions.
