Thank you so much for the cold buffet you served us on Sunday,August 2nd for twenty friends.

There`s an excellent wine from South Africa, which translated means "beyond expectation" . Paul, you were "Buitenverwachting"
During preparation you were full of ideas and suggestions. You were always prepared to listen and take on new ideas. And on the day you were just superb. People cannot believe you did Sea Bass, Lamb and Chicken on the barbecue, in the rain. for 120 people.
They say it all comes from the top, which explains the pleasant attitude and smart appearance of your crew.

Little did we think, back in November at the Gala Dinner to celebrate Kol Chai`s 25th anniversary - which also supported the Jonny Fraser Memorial Scholarship, that when we (Fagans, Martins, Burkemans and Grants) bid successfully for a “dinner party, catered by Dining in Style, for 8 guests in your own home” it would be so fantastic!
The meal you prepared and served on Saturday night was a delicious combination of flavours – a real gourmet experience beautifully served. Thank you all so much – we now believe this is the only way to entertain guests at home!
